THE ENQUIRY PROCESS
Our tailored consultation process means you can choose the method you are comfortable with whether its a chat over the phone, completing our online enquiry form or meeting face to face. We would love to hear from you either way.

Due to mostly being booked for full styling and floristry, we can only accommodate a maximum of one wedding per week therefore we will check if your date is free before we get into great detail about how we can help.
If we have your date free in our diary we will send you some information on our services, pricing and packaging, whats included in our prices and how to book us.

Once our proposal has been sent we hold your day in our diary for 7 days.

THE JOURNEY
From the moment you choose us to style your wedding to the moment the big day arrives we will communicate and meet throughout. All clients have 24/7 access to Charley, our stylist, throughout the process to discuss and share ideas and to confirm any changes along the way.

Our first full consultation will be to run through your day in more detail in terms of styling and florals if booking both services.
​
You will also be sent a detailed mood board so that you can see ideas in terms of colours and decor.
During the process with us we also provide a service where we can meet on site at the venue to capture ideas of where we can add our styling expertise .
4-6 months before your special day we invite you in to our studio for a personalised design meeting where you will see your vision come to life! Its important for you to see how your venue can look.

Here is where you will be making some all important final decisions such as fonts and styles of stationery and colours of napkins etc. After this appointment we will be in touch with your stationery design mock ups and your final invoice will be sent which is due 4 weeks before the date of event.

COMMUNICATION
Communication is important to us and upon booking us we want to chat straight away to get a feel for what your desires are. We also ask all clients to keep in contact with photos, ideas and just general wedding planning as we genuinely love to hear about it. We also love a good voice note over whats app now and again!
