TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

Upon confirming your booking with Attention 2 Detail you agree to the following terms and conditions :

  • All hire goods remain the property of Attention 2 Detail

  • Prices quoted are for one days hire only (including set up & collection unless agreed otherwise)

  • You agree to pay for the loss or damage of hired goods. 

​

LOSS OR DAMAGE OF HIRED GOODS

​

 In the unlikely event that any items belonging to Attention 2 Detail become lost or damaged, Attention 2 Detail reserve the right to charge for missing, permanently stained or damaged items. 

​

After your event all goods will be checked and if any damage or loss has occurred, Attention 2 Detail will contact you to discuss items that need to be replaced and if so an invoice will be sent to cover the cost.

Damaged Items that can be repaired - repair fee
Damaged items that cannot be repaired - Cost of hire

Items not returned - Retail price of item

 

BOOKING & PAYMENTS

​

All bookings require a non-refundable booking fee which will be deducted from your final invoice.

 

The final balance is to be paid 6 weeks before the date of the event.

 

If your event date changes we will, of course, endeavor to accommodate your new date at no extra cost.

 

Unfortunately, Attention 2 Detail are unable to refund the deposit in the unlikely event of a cancellation. The payment of the deposit is taken as acceptance of the terms and conditions.

 

We recommend that clients do not pay the full balance until the due date as any part payments or full payments that have been made, cannot be refunded.

AMENDMENTS

​

We ask that you notify us of any amendments to your final numbers within four weeks of your event date, as we do appreciate that guest numbers can change.

BESPOKE SIGNAGE AND STATIONERY

hange All information needed for bespoke signage such as table plans is required by 6 weeks before your event date. Please ensure that you have proof read the information you are sending as this will be used for your designs.

 

Design mock ups will be sent within 2 weeks and should you want to change the design or amend the details this will incur a fee of £25.00 for each change. No changes can be made within 4 weeks before the event date.

CANCELLATIONS

​

We hope that you will not need to cancel your booking with us however any bookings cancelled by you as the client will be liable for the following services if already provided:

​

Studio appointment - £99.00

Venue visit/walk around - £60.00

Planning and cost of any products purchased for your event - TBC

​

All cancellations will receive no refund to any payments made by the client upfront including the booking fee.

​

Cancellations made after an invoice has been sent will incur a fee of 20% of the total final invoice balance.

RISK OWNERSHIP & INSURANCE

​

Please note that all hire equipment is not insured by Attention 2 Detail. You the customer are fully responsible for all the equipment on the day of your event.

​

Risk in the hire equipment & any products will pass immediately to the customer when equipment leaves the physical possession, premises or control of the Attention 2 Detail. 

​

The equipment on hire remains the property of Attention 2 Detail, and the customer undertakes not to sell or offer for sale, pledge or under-let, lend of otherwise deal with the equipment.

Attention 2 Detail accepts no liability for injury claims made by members of the public.

PRIVACY POLICY

This privacy policy sets out how “Attention 2 Detail” uses and protects any information that you give to “Attention 2 Detail” when you use this website. “Attention 2 Detail” is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement. “Attention 2 Detail” reserve the right to change this policy as laws are updated or changed. You should check this page regularly to ensure that you are happy with any changes.

We may collect the following information:

- Contact information including email address

- Demographic information such as post code, preferences and interests

- Other information relevant to the customer enquiry such as wedding date, time and venue.

What we do with the information we gather

We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service. Your data will be deleted from our records 3 months after your event.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

How we use cookies
