The booking fee is non-refundable and will confirm your date with us and a final invoice will be sent via our accounting system after the final design meeting. The remaining balance must be paid 4 weeks before the desired date.
The initial booking fee is required before the design process. This amount is non-refundable and non-transferable. The booking fee amount is deducted from your invoice which will be issued to you after your final design meeting.
Payments can be made via Bac’s or Cash.
We do not currently accept payment plans.
You can make any changes you wish up until 6 weeks before the wedding date. Please note our minimum spend is £995.00.
Any cancellation or rescheduling must be made at least 3 months before your scheduled date or you will be responsible for paying 50% of the total invoiced amount.
If something occurs to affect your date, please let us know immediately to discuss options as we may be able to accommodate your new date.
We reserve the right to withhold any payments made to cover items that were specifically ordered for the wedding.
We recommend that you take out wedding insurance.
We will deliver all floral elements at a time to be agreed upon with the client. It is your responsibility to have someone available to receive the delivery.
If no one is at the venue at the time of delivery, or if we cannot gain entrance, we will return the items at which point the responsibility of the delivery then becomes yours.
We cannot be held responsible for delays or incomplete décor in this situation.
All fresh flower bouquets will arrive to you on the day in vases that you get to keep.
Buttonholes will be delivered pinned to a board for ease. These will also be delivered to the venue on the day. If you require them to be delivered to a different location, there may be an extra delivery charge for this.
Your bridal bouquet will come with a ‘front’ and you will be shown how to wear your bouquet for photos.
All bouquets and buttonholes will be finished elegant luxury ribbon. Extra details can be decided nearer the time on whether you wish to have a trail ribbon on your bouquet.
If you have booked venue set-up as part of our services, we will deliver to the venue at the predetermined time and will proceed in placing any decorations in their specified location.
The Client is responsible for ensuring the rules regarding decoration placements for the venue are strictly adhered to. Please check with your desired venue before your consultation.
If we have agreed to style your own items on the day, please ensure everything is prepared and ready to be placed out. Anything that requires building or putting together will be your responsibility before it is handed over to us.
If we have agreed to place out name cards that you are providing, please ensure they are organised into tables and seat order according to your catering spreadsheet.
If booking our styling services, we will arrive at the venue to carry out breakdown and collection.
Should there be any breakages/misplaced items there will be a charge for this.
All fresh florals left over will be placed in jars for you to keep.
Due to the general nature of flowers, we cannot guarantee that they will remain perfect and intact under certain circumstances such as outdoors, warm temperatures, long exposure, etc.
Although we make every attempt to provide an exact design and to match colors, variation is a natural phenomenon in flowers and we cannot guarantee exact matches.
We will do our best to accommodate your specific requests but we cannot guarantee your choices will be available at the time of order due to the nature of the floral market. We reserve the right to make substitutions due to unavailability, or if the flowers received are not of the quality suitable for your event. We will make any necessary substitutions in your best interest and maintain the integrity of your color scheme.
We shall not be responsible should inclement weather, acts of God, war, terrorist acts, government regulation, riots, civil disorder, disaster, strikes, power outages, etc make it impossible to fulfill our obligations as set out in this agreement.
We will do our best to be flexible with providing alternatives where such a situation arises. It is clearly understood that there will be no refunds or discounts for loss or failure of performance due to factors outside and beyond our control.
All information provided by the client shall be treated with the requisite confidentiality and will only be available to us.
The Client is responsible for providing all information in full and correctly as requested.
We are not responsible for how you handle the items once they are in your possession.
You will be responsible for any breakages or missing items, we will first contact you to give time to find missing items. Any charges for missing or damaged items will be invoiced to you within 28 days after the event.
Please note that all hire equipment is not insured by Attention 2 Detail. You the customer are fully responsible for all the equipment on the day of your event.
Risk in the hire equipment & any products will pass immediately to the customer when equipment leaves the physical possession, premises or control of the Attention 2 Detail. 
The equipment on hire remains the property of Attention 2 Detail, and the customer undertakes not to sell or offer for sale, pledge or under-let, lend of otherwise deal with the equipment.
Attention 2 Detail accepts no liability for injury claims made by members of the public.

What we do with the information we gather

We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service. Your data will be deleted from our records 3 months after your event.


We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
